How to do a castor oil pack:

Using organic bleach free packing fabric, fold in half and add 2 tbps castor oil. Place on silicone side of holder. Tie straps around to fix in place (liver is on the right side under the rib cage) add hot water bottle and relax for 1 hour minimum or overnight. 

Wipe clean, store fabric in container in the fridge (will last approx 3-6 months with fresh castor oil added each time)
